Selling away this near mint condition Hermès Rivale Bracelet in black Chamonix Calfskin with silver palladium hardware.

Got this in Paris in 2009. Worn less than 6 times. Hardware is of very minimal wear (inevitable due to usage). Leather in prime condition, no visible scratches as I have always been very careful. Still in very good condition.

I got this at medium size which I always feel is a little too big for my wrist. So after sitting on it for a while... I decided to sell this away and get one of correct sizing for me. The medium size will be perfect for a guy's wrist. My wrist is very small, so I need women's sizing.

Classic Mulberry design in large 'men-friendly' size. Slightly smaller than Piccadilly but bigger than the Women's Bayswater. The handles are also longer for easy shoulder carry style. Guys who wants a smart and classic bag for travel, gym or daily use... this is it.

The size has been discontinued by Mulberry, so this is your last chance to get this gorgeous bag. The chocolate colour is classic, rich and very versatile. Beautiful leather and MADE IN ENGLAND (not eastern European or Asian countries!)
Protective plastic film on turnlock hardware is still in tact, as does the original tag. Always kept in original dustbag and hence brand new and never been used. I never found the chance to use it. So now I feel it is time to let go and let others enjoy the bag.

Selling another good bag for guys! This time from Mulberry. The Eliot tote is crafted in full white leather, very soft and nicely grained. There is a silver plaque on the front with Mulberry's branding. Handles are long enough to be shoulder sling, unlined with internal zipped pocket.

Céline Spring 2011 Gold Metal Cuff Bracelets (SOLD)

Featured prominently in the Spring 2011 Céline lookbooks, these Céline Gold Metal Cuff Bracelets are one of the most eye catching pieces in the collection. The simple but glamourous metal cuff exemplifies Céline's minimalist chic. I was obsessed about these cuffs and had to find a way to track them down. Unfortunately, Singapore's Céline Boutiques do not stock this gorgeous accessory, so I had to try my luck online. And thru many searches, only on reputable retailers... I found this highly elusive accessory.

I received it in the mail today, but to my disappointment, they were too small. These cuffs are really made for women. I got a size S and it was too tight for me, even though I am skinny. Even Medium size will not fit my wrist, so exchanging it for a larger size was not feasible for me. Hence I am letting go of this lovely gorgeous fabulous piece to the lucky woman/guy who can fit the bracelet. Singapore Céline stores told me there is a long wait list for this piece if they should ever arrive in stores. So hopes of getting this bracelet are slim. Now's your chance!

The bracelet is BRAND NEW, never been worn (SIZE is SMALL. It will fit great with a slim girl. My female colleague tried it on and it was so fabulous that made me so jealous!). The protective transparent sticker is still in tact, so you can be sure it is of pristine condition. There is a leather lining on the inside of the cuff, very luxurious. Céline logo subtly gold stamped on the leather. A very charming metal chain with a hook to attached and create a drooping design where worn. Very nice:-)

Miu Miu Multi-Zip Grey Leather Bowler Bag

This Miu Miu Grey Leather Bowler Bag is a great companion if you want to keep organised. The multi-zip design boosts 3 zipped compartments, with 2 slot pockets in between. There is even a zip pocket within the slot pocket where the metal brass branding plaque is. The gold tone hardware compliments the warm grey colour very well, creating a classic coloured bag that is both versatile but yet interesting in design . To ease up tired hands, a removable shoulder strap can be utilised to add a shoulder look to the bag. The strap is long enough to even cross sling over the body.

Hence, you can either arm carry the bag (like a LV speedy) or shoulder sling (Like a messenger) for different looks!

There also round gold tone metal feet to protect the base of the bag. The bag is lined with black canvas fabric.

The bag is crafted from soft leather and light weight. Bag has been used 2-3 times so the condition is very mint. Comes with Original cotton dustbag with Miu Miu fabric tag.

Mulberry Piccadilly Bag In Apple Green (SOLD)

Up for sale, the classic Mulberry Piccadilly Bag in Apple Green, which is a unique colour that is no longer in production. This bag is an iconic design, which roomy interiors well suited for those weekend trips. Can be used as a day bag too, if u fancy big masculine styles. The apple green is beautiful and ages well, creating a vintage look as time goes by.

I have used this bag a couple of times, condition is good. But do not the slight yellowing of the handles due to the vegetable dye and lighter colour. Some people appreciate the natural aging patina of organically dyed leathers and hence should not be considered a defect. Crafted from light distressed leather, there are natural light creasing in the leather which adds character to the bag. The chocolate brown is timeless and is lined in fabric and dark brown suede. Brass hardware compliments the chocolate colour exceptionally well.

Miu Miu Washed Leather Duffel (SOLD)

Another bag up for sale is this gorgeous Miu Miu Washed Leather Duffel in a tan brown tone with a deliberate distressed effect. Soft vegetable dyed buffalo leather and aged hardware gives this roomy duffel bag character, and best of all, you do not have to be too careful when using the bag. The distress look means it gets better with more wear.

The 2 zips run almost all the way down the sides, so you can easily retrieved the bag contents with lots of ease. The base has metal feet to protect the bag and there is an internal zip pocket. Interior is lined with dark brown canvas. 2 decorative side metal D-rings add to the design of the bag. Handles are comfortably long for hand carry or slinging it to your shoulders.

A great bag for masculine guys who wants a fuss free bag. And the colour goes great with many looks, especially jeans which all of us love:-)

I have only used the bag about 4 times, in almost new condition. Please do note that there is very slight darkening on parts of the handle which is inevitable for untreated leather. The information card did mention irregularities on the leather is characteristic of the leather.

Comes with the original Miu Miu dustbag and a card with information about the leather. Got this from Club 21 Mens a few years back. Do note that Miu Miu mens have been discontinued, so this is your chance to own a piece of the discontinued line:-) I decided to part with the bag as my style has evolved and this bag no longer fits the look I want to achieve.

YSL Men's Besace Bag (SOLD)

Another bag I am parting with this time, is the very scarce YSL Men's Besace Bag which was never found in Singapore, but I got it from London in 2008. The bag takes on the design of the popular woman's design but made in a larger size for guys. So men can also achieve the effortless chic that YSL women has always enjoyed and not look feminine doing so!

The material is of a sand coloured suede and features aged brass hardware. The shoulder strap can be extended and shorten to suit any body size. Slouchy and roomy, the bag is perfect for easy shopping afternoons or daily out and about town.

Gucci Dark Brown Guccisima Leather Tote (SOLD)

It's a new year and time to do some exodus ritual in anticipation of annual house keeping:-P Hence, more bags leaving my bag harem. Over crowding makes my least exposed bags lonely and sad:-( Sob sob, cries the bags.

So since I have not use this Gucci Dark Brown Guccisima Leather Tote for a white, I have decided to part ways with this gorgeous and versatile bag. Made of very light weight Guccisima leather, the zip top tote bag has a roomy body and handles long enough to sling across the shoulders. The light gold hardware adds a subtle glamour to the bag, while the dark brown colour ensures its classic bag status and never gets out of style. The interior is lined in Gucci crest monogram fabric and has a internal zip and handphone pocket.

Since the brown Guccisima range is classic amongst the Gucci bags, this bag has not gone on sale! The Gucci website is still selling the bag at full retail price!

I have only used this bag for about 5 times and have taken great care and almost like new! The size is also very handy, not too overwhelmingly big to be cumbersome but not too petite to look feminine for guys:-) (This bag made for men!)

Gorgeous slouchy open gathered top tote from Miu Miu with a magnetic snap button closure. What is most appealing about this bag is the distressed black leather with a slight shine. Bottega Veneta Army Green Canvas Duffel (SOLD)

A roomy companion suited for gym, weekends or even a short getaway. Bottega Veneta is renowned for superb quality and craftsmanship, and this canvas duffel is exquisitely made. The canvas material is thick and nicely woven in a gorgeous and masculine army green. There are leather detailings along the 4 exterior pockets and again along the zipper. Bottega Veneta branding is subtlely marked on the gunmetal coloured zipper pull. White contrast stitch runs again runs along the rim of the exterior pockets, zipper and vertically along the sides for an interesting design.

The handles are buckled onto the bag and allows for adjustments of length when necessary. Interior is lined in cotton with metal feet to protect the bag.

Lightly used and in excellent condition! This design was never sold in Singapore. I got this in Paris.

Louis Vuitton Damier Canvas Naviglio Bag With Red Lining (SOLD)

The Louis Vuitton is a classic bag design that is part of the permanent collection of the brand. As the name Naviglio suggests, this bag is of such a handy size, that it makes for a perfect travelling companion. Adorned with the modern Damier Checks pattern, with 2 roomy side pockets and a middle zip compartments, you can easily get organised while on the move. There are also internal pockets within the zip compartment to store wallets and mobile phones. 2 gold Louis Vuitton branded snap buttons allow for the flaps to fasten for added security.

Since I got this bag from years back, the canvas lining of the bag is red instead of the brown version for Naviglio bags now. It's a much more striking colour and no longer in production. So this will be your chance to own a classic bag that is now kinda limited:-) The shoulder strap is also without Louis Vuitton branding which makes for less showy and more sophisticated style. Luxury should be whispered not shouted out.

The bag is in great condition, almost like new except for some minor specks on the brown leather on the base of the bag, and inside face of the leather of the shoulder straps where the zips faces. These are results due to some use, and are in non exposed areas (U can hardly spot them.). I take care of my bags, so this bag is still almost new. I got this in Louis Vuitton Paris. Comes with dustbag (but receipt is not available since this bag was bought years ago).

CK Calvin Klein Grey Leather Duffel (SOLD)

This is one of the best looking Ck Calvin Klein bags I have ever bought. It had so many details that makes the bag very well thought out and interesting. The grey colour is a fabulous hue and will be easy to match any outfit. Modern and contemporary, a bag of this quality would have fetch a exorbitant price if it is by other luxury brands. But this Ck Calvin Klein Grey Leather Duffel has a surprisingly good price for a full leather bag. Value for money is always welcome when it comes to bags:-)

I love the many branded hardware, on buckles, zipper pull tabs or even the whistle bag charm. The zip top closure is further made even more secure with a D-hook on the side. That is a unique design. There are also multiple pockets throughout the bag, 2 on the sides and one main front pocket adorned with silver buckles. The base is protected by metal feet and the inside is lined with striped design fabric which adds some colour to the bag. Roomy size with an internal zip pocket, and slots for mobile phone and other small items.

Sturdy, roomy...this masculine and modern bag is a good companion for office, gym or school. The handle length allows for hand held and shoulder carry of the bag.

(PS. I probably only used this bag once or twice. The protective tissue wrap on the internal zipper pull is still intact!)

First up, from the discontinued Miu Miu mens range, a beautiful and roomy Miu Miu Brass Buckle Leather Tote In Chocolate Brown. Made from very soft grained leather and features gold matte brass hardware for a very luxurious contrast. The shape of the tote is unique as it has a round base, gathered at the bottom, creating a slouchy and yet interesting design. There is a big front pocket with a antique brass push lock buckle, a zip pocket on top. There is even a key fob attached to the bag. At the back, Miu Miu branding in cut out brass letters gives it an expensive feel and yet not over powering. The handles are thick and comfortable, good for hand held and even shoulder carry.

This powerful and masculine leather tote will be perfect for everyday use and has a magnetic snap button to hold the tote closed.

Hermes Espadrille Quilian Toile De Cotton (Grey Canvas Espadrilles) (SOLD)

It is with great sadness that I have to do this post. Just when I found a great pair of Hermès shoes in a colour I like, a design that I have been lusting over since the beginning of Spring Summer 2009 and best of all, at an incredible price(!), I have to part with it. Although this gorgeous pair of Hermès Grey Canvas Espadrilles is not from the current season, it has thr same design as the current ones but with an interesting Tiger embroidery on the front (coincidentally, that is my chinese horoscope sign! It was meant for me but fates has it another way!) Darn, I am so reluctant to part with this shoe but I have to, as the size was simply too big for me.

I bought the shoe which was 1 size bigger than what I usually wear, in hopes of using in-soles to make the shoe tighter. I like it so much, I was willing to take a chance that the in-soles will work in my favour to make the shoe fit. Apparently, my gamble did not pay off. Even with in-soles, the shoe is somewhat still too loose for my feet. Why can't I have slightly bigger fit! This pair of espadrilles is in size 41 (but I wear a size 40).

Since the shoe did not fit, I am hoping someone else will get to enjoy them as I find them great when paired with shorts or jeans. Cinderella story comes to life?:-P If you wear a size 41, and interested in owning a pair of Hermès at a great price, do email me.

They are probably from a few seasons back but the style was repeated for Spring Summer 2009 season, except without the embroidery (which I find very nice and exotic) and with laces.

Louis Vuitton Damier Canvas Broadway Bag - Red Lining Version (SOLD)

Up for parting ways again, is this almost brand new Louis Vuitton Broadway bag bought from a number of years back. This edition of the broadway messenger bag is no longer being produced. This older version has a red fabric lining and no loud Louis Vuitton branding on the shoulder strap. The new versions features a less outstanding and dull brown lining and with huge LV branding on the shoulder straps (A bit too flashy for me). I much prefer this older version since the red lining makes the bag pop when opened and is less subtle on branding!:-)

Reason why I am parting with this baby...I have only used it once the entire time I own this bag. Messenger bag is not my style anymore...so this will have to make way to clear storage space and for $ for new bags!:-) I am this 'heartless'. So I hope this handsome bag finds a good new home.

Brand-new in box, this Hermès Birkin 35cm is one of the most popular sizes for ladies and smaller-frame men. Crafted in scratch-resistant Togo leather, it is textured with slight veining and holds its shape quite well. The colour is a lovely cream with a green undertone; Hermès calls it Poussiere. For more accurate colour reference, please refer to the Clemence leather swatch. This was purchased in 2008 in the USA and comes complete with proof of purchase (store receipt), original Hermès storage box, dustbags (one for bag and one for keys and clochette), clochette, a pair of numbered keys and lock. Mulberry Seth Messenger Bag in Cognac Darwin Leather (SOLD)

Another messenger bag to leave my collection:-)

Here's a recurring classic design from Mulberry, the Seth. This practical messenger bag with a zipped top closure is handy and perfect for days when you have minimal to carry or especially for travelling. Made in Mulberry's Darwin leather, and features the signature Mulberry brass turn lock closure for the exterior pocket. The canvas shoulder strap is adjustable and has matching antique brass hardware. The colour of this Seth messenger is Cognac, almost similar to Oak colour, but more vibrant and with a more reddish hue. The inside features a brass metal fob with the Mulberry Tree symbol engraved on it.

The bag has been used a couple of times. There are only minimal scratches on the back of the bag (see pic above) which is the characteristic of Darwin leather. It just adds more personality as the leather ages and get more seasoned.

Dolce & Gabbana Emblem White Perforated Leather Wallet With Waist Chain (SOLD)

Up for sale is this 'funky' cool wallet from Dolce & Gabbana (Not D&G, but the main line which is more expensive and exclusive). Made from leather with a DG emblem in typical italian colours on the front. What makes this wallet interesting is the perforated leather which gives on a racing glove design, and of course the coolest of all, a metal waist chain that you can hook to the belt loops of your jeans or pants. Get a street vibe, a nochalant bad boy look. And if you want to use the wallet by itself, you can remove the chain, but do it carefully to avoid scratching the leather edges.

This vintage inspired tote was acquired a few years back in SG, before Miu Miu menswear got cancelled last year. The tote bag features a canvas fabric that is deliberately being treated to look aged and with uneven spots. It also has a beautiful flowery print that will add charm to the user.

Marc By Marc Jacobs Wool 'Coat' Military Green Messenger Bag (SOLD)

Another lovely messenger bag due on its way out of my bag family. Again, messenger bags is no longer my style...so I am letting go of most of the messenger style bags in my collection.

This Marc By Marc Jacobs messenger bag spots an interesting design, as if it was made from a wool coat. There is interesting button hole details (holes are closed:-P) and even a coat pocket in the front flap of the bag. The material is thick wool in military green which gives off a masculine and rugged feel. It reminds me of those vintage military bags or bags used by old Harvard students as it slouches very nicely around the body. The shoulder strap is broad and long, with a brass buckle engraved with Marc By Marc Jacobs logo. The interior has a 2 compartments seperateed by the beige fabric lining. This bag sums up Marc By Marc Jacobs' nonchalant and vintage inspired looks perfectly. I got this in Bangkok at the multi-label boutique, Belle (I think I remember correctly, this store was at Hyatt Hotel once before it shut operations) and was before Marc By Marc Jacobs was available in Singapore.

I have only used this bag once, hence the condition is excellent.

Dior Homme Black Canvas Messenger Bag (SOLD)

I got this messenger bag all the way from Paris a few years back. It was one of my favourite bags then, of course during my messenger bag phrase. Since I have not been carrying a messenger bag for ages, this will be leaving my bag family as well.

This Dior Homme messenger bag is contemporary and minimal, as in the style of brand. Subtle monogram of the Dior logo adorned the canvas but not overpowering. It is a recurring design that is still sold in Dior Homme shops. This belongs to the basic range and rarely go on sale.

I have used this bag quite a number of times, as evident in some minor wear on the edge (just a few spots, not too major) of the canvas bag flap. Nothing that a good old black marker could not cover up. I would say the bag is almost 70% new. This bag will look great for smart office wear (sturdy enough for laptops as well!) or a great night out. Masculine style for the modern male.:-)

Jil Sander Washed Canvas Sling Bag (SOLD)

New bags from my bag collection for sale! First up, this Jil Sander Washed Canvas Sling Bag in beige and dark brown leather trim and strap. This was designed by sexy Milan Vukmirovic when he was the creative director of Jil Sander. The most interesting design of the bag is the way the shoulder strap becomes part of the leather trimming on the top. It's a continuous piece of leather, with another piece at the base, giving it a very clean and minimal look, which is reminiscent of Jil Sander. Very light weight and subtly marked with the brand logo on the silver buckle and the leather shoulder strap. This is one handy bag for nonchalant look out about town:-)

Since I am off the messenger bag phrase of my life, I decided to part with this bag. Overall condition of the bag is good. Clean and leather has minimal wear. However, there is one spot on each side of the bag, where the leather strap meets the canvas. It seems the leather may have stained the canvas. It may come off with some cleaning but I am not sure.

Nonetheless, it's a nice bag with a unique design, perfectly suited for an easy weekend out.

I have just acquired a travel wallet that will help keep me organised during my travels so it seems like a duplicate to keep this passport holder from Mulberry at the same time. Mulberry/Kim Jones White Leather Sling Satchel (SOLD)

It has been a wonderful week of bag sales...I sold 3 bags in a week, which is unbelievable. Thank you guys for all your support. Hope the bags will serve you well and you will enjoy using them.

Still in the midst of clearing out space for my bags...here's one more to add to the sale list.

Introducing my Mulberry/Kim Jones White Leather Sling Satchel, a collaboration with the now creative director of Dunhill. Kim Jones's label is somewhat funky and alternative, but it seems he can do classic styles just as well. This collaborative effort has indeed spark off some interesting designs, this is a good example, while keeping to the essence of Mulberry.

Crafted in white grained leather, this satchel has a long shoulder sling, a top zipper opening and a front zipper pocket for extra storage. The interesting part about this bag is the 'luggage tag' zipper on the front (interesting idea to assimilate the 'luggage tag' into the bag design seamlessly) and of course the broad to slim and perforated shoulder strap. Kim Jones logo is stamped in silver on the 'luggage tag' zipper pull.

Lined in tan fabric, and an internal zip pocket adds to the functionality of the bag. One thing to note, the metal hardware may need a bit of polishing to get back the shine(although I do not think it is important, since matte looks just as good). Our humidity has caused the metal to get somewhat matte, but it is not rusted or anything. White leather is clean, not marks or dirt on corners etc.

Perfect for summery days out. Looks great with leather jackets, shorts or jeans! This is one bag that you do not see many people carrying and is a unique collaborative effort from 2 brilliant design minds!

YSL Odeon Jeans Fabric and Suede Tote (SOLD)

YSL is a great brand for nonchalant style. Perfectly french chic and yet luxurious in styles. That is why I acquired this YSL Odeon Jeans Fabric and Suede Tote from last year's YSL sale. I have used this tote a few times and love how it is effortless in matching with my casual weekend wear and still serve a functional purpose to carry my things.

But last oct sees me acquiring my very rare YSL Men's Besace bag in Beige suede. So I do not want to keep another suede bag from the same brand. The YSL Odeon Jeans Fabric and Suede Tote is partially suede and mostly denim in grey. An embossed washed effect has been cleverly utilised to create a YSL logo impression. Very chic and not over powering. Metal brass rings joins the handles and it is roomy and long enough to shoulder sling. There is an internal phone pocket and zipper compartment to keep contents safe from dropping out.

Bally Dober Leather Travel Bag (SOLD)

Another bag that will be parting with me is this Bally Dober Leather bag which I acquired last year during Bally's end of season sale. Reason being I have too many dark brown bags now, seeing I just got a chocolate Mulberry Large Bayswater. With limited storage space, I had to give up this useful Bally bag.

Made from sumptuous brown grained leather, the bag features a button top closure with a middle zipped pocket. Good for putting wallets and keys while the other 2 compartments are great for books, laptops and umbrellas. It's a rich brown coloured bag that will be excellent for corporate looks with suits and shirts. The removable military dogtag could even act as a dogtag necklace if you like bigger jewellery (All you need is a nice chain) or use it on other bags. There is also a buckle front pocket for extra storage and keeping your bag contents neat:-) This bag will look absolutely good with winter gear(wool long coats, leather jackets) if anyone is constantly travelling.

Used only once. And always kept in its nice dustbag. This tote will be classic in style and take you places for a long time to come:-)

Mulberry Brynmore Messenger Bag In Denim Darwin Leather (SOLD)

Mulberry used to produce men's leather bags in a whole range of colours a few years back. Colours like apple, denim were some of the beautiful colours that were offered then. It seems these colours have since disappeared from their range of men's bags (maybe men are more safe with coloured bags a couple of years back but now colour is in!) and thus now all the icon range usually only comes in Oak, Chocolate and Black. Not that these standard colours are not nice, but we do need some point of difference to make ours more unique:-)

Hence, I bought this classic style Mulberry Brynmore Messenger Bag In Denim Darwin Leather when Mulberry was still in its initial launch in Singapore. Club 21 mens was the only place to get the brand's offerings. I had the luck of getting the slim and yet structured Brynmore bag for men.

Being a guy with too many bags, I slowly transit from messenger style bags to tote and this bag never got to fulfill its purpose for me. I kept it in its dust bag and did not get to use it a single time. It's a pity as this bag is perfect for day to day errands or even travelling. I have been sorting sorting out my bags and I knew it is time to let the bag fulfill its intended purpose for someone else:-) So I am letting this beautiful 'man bag' find a new owner.

The bag is in full Darwin leather. It is Denim colour. The original colour was slightly more bluish, but as Mulberry uses natural dyes for their leathers, they will aged with time. Having kept the bag with me for a few years, the bluish hue has now aged to a more warmer ash/grey bluish tone. Very beautiful and much easier to match any outfits. The aging of the colour does gives the bag more character. The bag is unlined with suede texture on the leather's flipside (same as many other Mulberry bags). It features 3 turnlock buckles (Not tarnished at all) for closure so you can adjust to the desired height you need. The interior has a front slot with pen pockets and card slot. As this bag is of natural dyed leather, it is characteristic of the leather to have slightly uneven colour tones. There are minor scratches on very few areas (this was the last piece available in store when I bought it). The edge of the underside of the bag flap will also find slight yellowing due to the aging of the leather. Nothing too major to be honest:-)(See the pic above)

Brynmore bag are classic style Mulberry bags and are usually not on sale.

CK Calvin Klein Croc Embossed Leather Tote In Brown (SOLD)

A beautiful and yet affordable CK Calvin Klein Croc Embossed Leather Tote is up for departure from my bag family...sob sob...

Goodbye pretty 'exotic' one! The leather tote is made of croc embossed leather in an antique finish. The brown colour has uneven tones to create a aged look, that made the bag filled with character. Leather of the bag is not slouchy and hence it retains its nice shape and structure. The handles are also made of the same leather and has matte silver aluminium buckle engraved with CK Calvin Klein brand.

The interior features CK 'monogram' nylon fabric, and one zip pocket on one side and an open slot pocket (for cards or receipts) on the opposite side. There is a green web ribbon running across to give it a bit of colour accent:-)

I am parting with this bag because I am running out of storage space (Many new bags incoming!:-P I am 'doomed' for lifetime baked beans. Hehe). Since I have not used this bag after my 2 time 'out and about town usage' of the bag:-), I am willing to part with this beauty. Although it is not top end brand, the bag does gives off a more expensive feel because of the croc embossed texture. I have received compliments from a few people when I took this bag out..they ask me if this is actual croc leather:-)

I take good care of my bags and this is almost as good as new:-)

Miu Miu Khaki Green Canvas And Brown Suede Sling Bag (SOLD)

Another bag uncovered from my bag family. This sling pouch like bag is from the first Miu Miu men's collection way back when it started. I still remember Miu Miu mens was a breath of fresh air for menswear and a 'saviour' for slim men like myself. Before Miu Miu, I could never find anything fitted enough for my slim frame. It was frustrating. Upon first reading it on the US GQ magazine, I begin to take notice of this very interesting brand, a diffusion line from Prada, finally available to men. To my surprise, Miu Miu had a store back then at Forum, the shopping mall (where the present Diesel boutique is). It was nostalgia. I was frequenting that store so often, eventually the SAs knew me really well. Jane was one of them. She even help me to get the VIP discount for all labels under the Prada management. Now Jane has been transferred to Prada Paragon. I am still happy to be able to enjoy her good sales service after her Miu Miu work days.:-)

Enough flashbacks. More about the bag. This pouch like sling bag features canvas and suede construction. The front part and base of the bag is mainly suede with a zip pocket across. The top flap, sides and shoulder strap is khaki green canvas lined with a mesh spongy material(usually use in sports shoes for cushioning). It's a very unusual mix of materials which propels Miu Miu menswear to the spotlight back then. A snap plastic buckle and velcro fastening allows for strap adjustments, but not too extensively. This bag is meant to be slung hugging the body. Velcro fastening applied to the opening of the bag as well. The interior of the bag is lined with nylon material so it is very lasting and easy to clean. No other pockets within the bag as you already find an external zipped pocket. The zips has a zipper pull in rubberised plastic moulded with Miu Miu branding. Miu Miu branding is also embossed onto the suede on the front.

Now for the condition of the bag. As I have owned this bag since the inception of Miu Miu menswear in Spring 1999. So it has been almost ten years! Oh my. The general condition of the bag is considerably good. No major wear and tear. The corners have very slight abrasions from use. But since the bag is in canvas, it is definitely not prominent. The khaki green canvas is suppose to be rugged so that blends in very well. The most prominent supposed flaw is the rubbing off of the suede's brown colour onto the white label of the bag. I have stored the bag flat and it seems the brown colour transferred onto the label. Beyond that, the bag is in a good condition.

Dimensions of the bag: 26.5cm (w) x 29.5cm (h) x 10cm (depth) Shoulder strap at maximum length is 106cm. But to be nicely fasten, 100cm is ideal.

Gucci GG Fabric Tote With Green/Red Web Handles And Dark Brown Leather Trim (SOLD)

Bag #2 for sale. My Gucci GG Fabric tote bag with zip top closure and signature green/red web handles. The handles and base of the bag are reinforced with dark brown leather. This is a handy bag which is tough and roomy to keep all your belongings. There is an internal zip pocket and handphone pouch.

I have used this bag for maybe less than 10 times, considering how long it takes for my bag cycle to come back to the same bag again..hahaha. I have another Gucci GG Fabric bamboo tassel drawstring tote so I thought I can part with this tote. No point to have 2 GG fabric totes.

Gucci Belt Bag With Beige/Ebony GG fabric And Dark Brown Leather Trim (SOLD)

I am doing some house keeping today and finally decided to part with some of my bags. Some are brand new while others are used but taken good care of.

First up for sale is a BRAND NEW Gucci GG Fabric Belt Bag with signature green and red web strap. I first bought this belt bag at DFS Scottswalk's Gucci store...but after a couple of years in storage, I still have not managed to use the bag... so I guess it is time for me to let someone else fulfill its purpose in this world:-) Seriously, I just dun see myself using a belt bag anymore, I have a Gucci Black Nylon pouch and each time I wrapped it around my waist, my pants keeps dropping. Perhaps, that was pre-ipod nano days...lol. Now with ipod nano, there should be no such problem becos those are so light weight. But I think I grew out of the belt bag days now. Prefer big totes.

This belt bag in this colour is from Gucci's classic range and never goes on sale. The more fancy colours may go on sale...but not this. It retails for Euro $360(on the Gucci website) which is around SGD $792 (at exchange rate of 1 euro = SGD $2.20). I will be willing to part with this belt bag for SGD $520. That is 30% off the price!

As this bag is brand new, you will find the protective sticker on the belt buckle still in-tact. The original stuffing as well:-P I have always kept it in its dust bag so no worries about dirt or scratches. Dimensions are 29 x 2.5 x 16 cm.

Another bag that is leaving 'myMANybags' happy family is this Dolce & Gabbana Canvas Messenger Bag. Made with a nylon type of canvas with brown leather trim and aged brass hardware. The roomy and lightweight bag features 3 turn lock buckles where you can adjust the size of the bag by fastening the bag flap at varying positions. There are also 2 side buckle straps for you to expand the compartment of the bag. The interior of the bag is divided into 2 compartments with a zipped pocket on one of them.

Dolce & Gabbana branding is seen all over the bag so this is one bag that will be instantly recognised:-) Logo fans alert!

I got this during Fall Winter 2005 season at Dolce & Gabbana Boutique, Hilton Hotel (This is not D&G line, it the more premium first line Dolce & Gabbana). Kept it again, I have a bad habit...and never seem to find a right time to use it. (The brand plastic tab is still intact around the shoulder strap! Comes with authenticity card and dust bag too.) Since my messenger bag days are over, and with new acquisition of bags incoming, I have to make room for the new members and therefore, will have to let this bag find a new home.:-) This bag will be easy to match with jeans and tees for those casual weekends out!

Miu Miu Checks Wool And Leather Sling Bag (SOLD)

I got this Miu Miu Checks Wool And Leather Sling Bag in Fall Winter 2004, becos the season was about British Mod influences. This handy leather and wool sling bag from Miu Miu features very 'Burberry-ish' grey wool checks and is in a good size for travelling. I had the intention to use it during my winter travels and it would match up very well with the sombre hues of blacks and deep browns of winter coats. Plus, being a good handy size, it means the bag will not be cumbersome and can still hold a decent amount of travel items. Light-weight and with a snap button flap closure, an external pocket and a zipped one as well, you can easily get organised with all your 'travel trinkets'. The bag is lined with black nylon so it will withstand dirt and stains. I could fit in an umbrella, a guidebook, wallet, travel documents and handphone, digital camera etc.

However, even with such planning, sometimes you do not get to fulfill them as expected. I was on a hiatus with travelling in winter time as my friends decided to head off to Europe during summer season to experience a different weather after 2004. And there were also a bit of a delayed in travel plans as everyone seems to not be able to take time off work then. Therefore, this bag stays safely in its felt pouch and I never really got a chance to use it. Yes, it's new and never been used before. I grew out of the shoulder sling messenger style of bags and got into full gear with tote bags.

So after having some time to sort out my bag 'inventory', I decided I will part with this bag instead of keeping and not not using it.

I remembered I paid around SGD $740 for the bag at Miu Miu Paragon.
